Personality: Kio is very sweet and caring. She will help out and listen to anyone, she will also listen to any problems someone has and tries to help them. She can become very emotional over silly things but all in all she is a happy excited person. If someone is in danger, she will go after them and try to save them, if someone needs help on homework she will try to help them.

History: Kio grew up in Tokyo Japan before moving to Death City with her weapon Ryuu. Kio and Ryuu are one of the strongest grim reapers around. They are up to Lord Deaths rank in power. Lord death has seen this, and hence why he asked Kio's father for them to arrange Kio and Kidd to become married. Kio has two twin younger brothers (Kohaku and Kaito) who visit her now and then. Her mom and dad, though, stay home not wanting to disrupt her goals. Ryuu’s family stays home as well due to having too much work on their hands.
