He doesn't take most things as seriously as he should. He is "Amusing with a sick twist" as he states. To someone who is witnessing him during battle, he seems to have black blood, but that isn't neccisarily true. That is how he normally is, a young man with a very twisted way of looking at the world, and battles. He has a nasty habit of licking his lips when happy/excited.
